Dorie Ramey

Chief People Officer

Dorie Ramey joined LIBERTY as Chief People Officer in February 2024, bringing to LIBERTY over 30 years of experience in both healthcare consulting and corporate Human Resources roles, serving in Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief People Officer roles at high growth care organizations such as Cotiviti and naviHealth.

Most recently, Dorie served as Chief People Officer at Eating Recovery Center, where she reported to the CEO and was responsible for talent acquisition, management and development, people operations and services, employee experience, compensation, benefits, and people business partners for over 2,500 employees

Dorie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
