Elizabeth Spohn joined LIBERTY as Chief of Staff in September 2024, bringing to LIBERTY her experience in healthcare and leading strategic corporate initiatives. She spent more than eight years serving in strategic leadership roles, including Vice President of Product, Operations and Chief of Staff at Optum Health, UnitedHealth Group.

Most recently, Elizabeth managed an operations and provider relations team in care solutions at Optum Health, where she led a team of approximately 450 employees, serving 6.4 million members and more than 8,000 providers to deliver improved quality of care for members.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
