Josh Silverman joined LIBERTY as the Chief Operating Officer in September 2024. He is responsible for leading LIBERTY’s enterprise-wide operations teams.

Josh is an established leader with more than 15 years of executive experience in driving strategy, operations, and business transformations. Most recently, he served as the Chief Transformation Officer of Allied Benefit Systems. He has also held several other key leadership roles, including executive positions with Versant Health, Superior Vision Services, and UnitedHealth Group.

Josh holds an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Colorado - Boulder.
